SexEd2U

Private Sexuality Education Classes for individuals, schools, colleges and community groups

Sex education is more than “the basics.” It’s about building healthy attitudes, reducing stigma, and giving you the tools to make informed choices about your body, relationships, and sexuality.

What You’ll Learn

SexEd2U programs cover:

  • Human Development: puberty, anatomy, orientation, gender identity, perimenopause, and aging

  • Relationships: with yourself, partners, family, and healthcare providers

  • Skills: communication, boundaries, decision-making

  • Sexual Behavior: choosing how (or if) you express sexuality

  • Sexual Function: arousal, desire, orgasm

  • Health: STIs, birth control, pregnancy, abortion

  • Society & Culture: media literacy, stigma, power, identity

  • Additional Topics: shame, pleasure, safer sex, pregnancy options, dating, gender-affirming products, and student sexuality support

👉 Note: Sessions are taught by a Board-Certified Clinical Sexologist, but classes are not therapy.

Gender is a nuanced and evolving concept. While people with penises are often identified as men and those with vulvas and vaginas as women, this is not always the case. Human experiences are diverse, yet there is a shared humanity that connects us all. Language around gender and anatomy is deeply personal, and care is always provided with respect for each individual’s chosen terms and identity.
